Melanie L. Brazil, DVM, medical director, has been practicing in Las Vegas for over 20 years. Dr. Brazil is a graduate of University of California at Davis and completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery in Sacramento, California.

Dr. Brazil enjoys any outdoor activities and training for sprint triathlons. Her two cats allow her to live in their home along with her awesome Pomeranian mix dog named "Ringo". 

Melanie Brazil also has 2 two-legged "kids", Greg and Mark, described by her as the best sons in the entire world!!

Dr. Brazil established the Spay & Neuter Center due to the need for such services in the Las Vegas area. After spending time visiting and evaluating several spay and neuter facilites throughout Arizona and California (also licensed in AZ and CA), Dr. Brazil was able to combine the best aspects of the hospitals. She developed a first class facility and is able to offer the affordable/low cost services that are needed in Las Vegas.

Kerry Parker, DVM, grew up in Texas sweet-talking every horse she could find. She attended veterinary school at Colorado State University and graduated in 1994. Dr. Parker developed on interest in alternative medicine and went on to study acupuncture for animals. While working for an animal rescue organization in Brighton, Colorado she became interested in the challenge of curbing pet overpopulation. For the past 6 years she has performed high volume spay/neuter surgeries in an effort to lower the number of unwanted animals.

Dr. Parker enjoys horseback riding, reading and spending time with her two dogs, Xena and Sierra at the many Las Vegas dog parks.  

Tracy Brazeal, DVM, was born and raised in Oklahoma. she graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1996. Dr. Brazeal has been in general practice and high volume spay and neuter practice for several years in Arizona and Nevada.

Dr. Brazeal also enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, travelling and scuba diving. She has an affinity for adopting the "un-adoptable" shelter pets. Her current fur buddy is a chihuahua named "Squishy" that was left at a shelter that Dr. Brazeal was working at in Arizona.
